We offer several Conference Meeting Packages with per-person, per-day charges for a simple and cost effective way to produce a successful and memorable meeting. Our Crowne Meetings Director will offer you a Daily Meeting Debrief for the convenience of your meeting planner.

Our meeting packages include the following:

The Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport provides several levels of meeting packages to accommodate various meeting needs. You can choose from among three main packages, but our meeting coordinator can work with you to customize any of the packages to suit the needs of your group. Here is an overview of the available packages:

Deluxe Conference Package

Includes initial room set-up, all day use of main meeting room, water service, hard candies, pads and pens.

Audio-Visual:
Upon advance request, choose any or all of the following:

  • High-speed Internet access (wired or wireless)
  • One LCD Projector
  • One Polycom Conference Phone (phone service charges are additional)
  • One 25" TV, with VCR or DVD, on TV cart
  • One Screen
  • One Flip Chart with pads and markers
  • One White Board with dry-erase markers and eraser
  • One Podium with Wireless Microphone (available in Grand Ballroom Salons only)

Deluxe Continental Breakfast:

  • Assortment of Mini Danish, Muffins, Bagels with Cream Cheese and Breakfast Breads
  • Assorted Cereals with Milk
  • Assorted Yogurts
  • Sliced Seasonal Fresh Fruit
  • Orange, Apple and Cranberry Juices
  • Bottled Water
  • Assorted Soft Drinks
  • Coffee and Tea Station

Mid-Morning Break:
Coffee, Tea, Bottled Water and Assorted Soft Drinks Refresh

Lunch:
Menu designed by our Executive Chef. Lunch will be consumed in your main meeting room. At the hotel's discretion, a common area buffet shared by multiple groups may be offered. For groups of less than 25 attendees, a Meeting Lunch Menu, varying daily, may be offered.

Afternoon Break:

  • Assorted Ice Cream Bars
  • Assorted Cookies and Brownies
  • Energy Bars, Mixed Nuts, Popcorn
  • Assorted Whole Fruit
  • Bottled Water
  • Assorted Soft Drinks
  • Coffee and Tea Station

  • Meeting room rental charge of $150.00 will be charged for any group under 25 attendees
  • Conference Packages require a minimum of 10 attendees
  • Without lunch, conference package price is $10.00 less per attendee
  • Breakout rooms and/or private meals in-room may be available at an additional charge
  • Audio-Visual items must be requested in advance to ensure availability and to avoid any last-minute charges. Additional Audio-Visual items are available at an additional charge.
  • With at least 25 attendees, Dinner Buffet may be added to this Conference Package for $30.00 additional per attendee

Standard Conference Package

  • With at least 25 attendees, Dinner Buffet may be added to this Conference Package for $30.00 additional per attendee
